Yin Yoga (With No Props)
Yin yoga is based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang. In this practice, we connect deeper into the feminine energy of the body. We allow our bodies to relax into poses to reach deeper into our fascia and deep connective tissues. Typically, poses are held anywhere from 2-10 minutes, allowing for that deeper exploration. Remember to listen to your body and find your edge. The point is to feel a mild or moderate sensation and to not push or pull the body into poses. Come out when you need to and keep the focus on the breath. Enjoy!
